  Vanilla Pound Cake Recipe   Ingredients: 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar 4 large eggs, room temperature 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup (120ml) whole milk (room temperature) 2 tsp pure vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Cream butter & sugar : In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together (using a hand or stand mixer) for about 4–5 minutes until pale, creamy, and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing. Mix dry ingredients : In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
